Send me a photograph, more than 1 is better. Photographs should be as clear and close as possible. Dark, blurry, far away, tiny or excessively grainy images will not result in a good portrait.

I do not offer framing or matting at this time. All pencil portraits are done on archival thick Bristol Board, all acrylics/oils on primed canvas. Product will be wrapped in cardboard and/or bubble wrap and placed in a box for shipping, pictures will be taken for shipping for proof of condition. Shipping to the United States lower 48 states only at this time. All portraits will take 2-4 days from completion for me to process for shipping. Actual shipping time is subject to Post Office time frame, I will ship expedited for the cost of that service.

Shipping cost is approximately $10 for 10×10 and smaller, $20 for larger than 10×10.  Costs of shipping may change without notice! Please allow me to quote shipping before ordering.

Payment by PayPal or credit card through PayPal with fees ONLY( I will pay fee, no friends and family payments). NO OTHER PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please note my style of portrait, your art will be similar and beautiful!  I cannot take on alternate style commissions at this time or copy other artist’s styles.

I require a 50% deposit, with balance including shipping fee, due at completion and before shipment. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON once work starts. I will send you a “work in progress” update 2 to 3 times. You must approve each work in progress for work to continue. No exceptions. Your portrait will be complete within one month to 6 weeks. Rush work available if possible, 1-2 week turn around time at double price.
